The 3-Passes is another important intention training tool in our Taijiquan training.
There are 4 variations of the 3-Passes. One of the variation brings out a flavor that makes our posture resembles the Wu style postures with its leaning forward characteristic. Another variation brings out the opposite flavor and makes our Yang style resemble Wu/Hao postures.
Yet if you look at it closely you will noted that the resemblances are superficial in that our postures have a unique Ancient Bell flavor.
