I hear your questions. But instead of trying to answer each and every one I will write a generic post that will address the questions.
OK, the first question is a simple how do you begin to learn the 13 Movement Form?
Firstly, let me refer you to page 100 in TaijiKinesis Vol 1 in which the characteristics of how to practice the form is laid out. Read the 36 lines a few lines to leave an impression on your mind. You don’t have to remember them.
Later as you keep on practicing the form you will start to get a feel of what the 36 lines are saying. It is then that you go back to them again and see if you have a better understanding this time around. This is something you can expect to do a few times until you finally understand the meaning of the Song of Form Play.
The next step is to start off by learning something simple. Go to page 126. You can start off by working on BP(i). This looks simple but its the one practice that everyone overlooks. Read the instructions under Movement. Go through them by acting them out.
Once you get the hang of the 3 steps move on to read the instructions for Intention. This is important – don’t just read the instructions word for word. What you need to do is try to feel the instructions in your mind as you read them.
After this try to match the instructions in Intention to that of the instructions for Movement. Practice them as many times as required to reach the point where you can use your intention to control what your body is doing.
Do you think you have got it?
If yes, then read the part for Qualia. Did you have similar feelings?
You can skip the part on Biomechanics under you have worked on BP(i) for some time. What you read here will help verify if your practice is on the right track.
Once you get the hang of it you can move on to BP(ii).
