My student said that he is reading 3 pages a day for TaijiKinesis Vol 2 as there is a lot of info.
I can understand why his reading is slow because for each movement in the form there are 4 aspects that must be in for the practice to be correct. Its already difficult enough to read just the description on how to do the form physically.
The more troublesome part is to read how to use the intention and understand it. Without following the instructions here there is no point to read the part about Qualia as what you feel will depend on your ability to do the Intention part correctly.
You can try to do the Biomechanics part but our method of Biomechanics is also dependant on the use of Intention so you can’t really run away from reading the instructions in sequence.
If you just do the Biomechanics without getting the Intention part in then you will end up looking like the so many taiji out there and never understand how the Taiji Classics fit into your practice.
